No use in faking what’s already false.

When we first met we were like Satellites flashing by, it's a beautiful state were in but how can we love in isolation? Think about how happy we could be when we just try, we're nothing like we seem. In your eyes love's alive you've come untied cause we're flashing by like satellites.

Now I can feel you pulling away from me. I've tried to makes things works these past few weeks, I can feel that it won't last, and I shouldn't force it. I'm not wondering why the sky's blue; that's not my business. All I know is I....Look up and tell myself "Be patient, love...that could be us..." But I guess it's not us. It's out there, I'm going to stop looking tho. I know it will find me, I've foreseen my future, it's apart of my destiny. I'll just play the waiting game, maybe that's why I'm beautiful...

But I don't want to break it off. What we had was good, won't it come back? Maybe I haven't given it enough time? Maybe he's going through issues in his life, issue he doesn't want to share with me...I know I have things I haven't told him. But it use to be good...But not that I think about it again I lay awake at night sorrow fills my eyes but I'm not weak enough to cry...despite of my disguise I'm left with no shoulder but everyone wants to lean on mine. I guess I'm their soldier. Well, who's gonna be mine?

As the World Turns...I keep on truckin'

Hey Guys!
Long time no blog...but i've been busy living my life like it's golden! I've had some papers to complete, finished my spring cleaning, and created a Flickr account.
Today It was a GORGEOUS day in San Francisco. I went around the city and took some pictures.

Besides becoming a amature photographer, the olympic torch passed through San Francisco a few days ago. It was crazy! I was going to go down and watch everything but I saw on the news that the Free Tibet protesters blocked off some streets and made it way to crowded for the torch runner to pass through without incident. So the mayor changed it's route, taking it through downtown SF.

People from far and wide were all out of sorts because they are stupid! They knew they safety risks and that the protesters would stir up a commotion, so clearly the police would change the torch route....anyways why couldn't the Tibetans protest 5 years ago when China was chosen for the 2008 Olympics? China has been treating the Tibetans wrong for a while now...why make a fuss months before the Olympics where everything is all built and ready? They must be smoking dope!

But enough of my rants...Happy Weekend!

The rumors are true, Beyonce & Jay-Z have merged to become a the most powerful couple in the entertainment industry!

Hey Everybody! This a very special blog for me today...I just got back from NYC! I had a wedding to attend...yes that's right folks. I was at Beyonce and Jay-Z's nuptials. The wedding was AMAZING AWESOME SPLENDID FANTASTIC & of course BOOTYLICIOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
THE WEDDING FACTS!!!
I know all those celebrity gossip blog website will be reporting this story also, but I just wanted to let those of you who read my blog know the truth!
The Wedding!
I am 100% certain that Beyonce and Jay-Z's wedding took place at Jay-Z's apartment last night in TriBeCa. There shouldn't be no photos of Beyonce at all by the paparazzi. How'd she manage that? Well, Kelly and Michelle smuggled her into the wedding reception area in the back of a truck!!!. The lovely couple were married by Beyonce's longtime pastor from her church down in Houston, TX.
It was an intamte affair, few friend and family, they love their privacy. I'm just happy I could have been apart of such a grand occasion.
All that I can say is that their wedding was EXTRAORDINARY! I will remember it for the rest of my life and beyond the grave! I wish Bey and Jay the best, through thick and thin, the good lord will see you through! BLESSED BE!!!!!!!!!!!

Gardening, Gnomes, American Idol, & Strawberries

Hello World!

I know you guys probably have heard the reports the Beyonce and Jay-Z are getting married…but don’t believe the hype. Supposedly they are tying the knot tomorrow Friday April 4, 2008 somewhere in New York. But believe you me; I will be the first to break the news if in fact they do actually tie the knot! OK, enough on that…

Guess what happened to me Monday at school? Well it was our first day back from spring break. So, you know how some teachers like have that small talk, “Hello everyone. Welcome back! How was everyone’s break?” and so on. Well my teacher decided to take 40 minutes out of a 70 minutes class to tell us about how she revamped her garden. She took the whole week of spring break to do that, fine. But why tell the class about in a 40 minutes boring as hell story…She started off her week by dropping her husband off at the airport. He was going back east to visit "family" (personally I think he has another woman because of things she's talked about in class…but that’s just me…) She then went to Lowe’s or Home Depot or whatever to purchase $500 worth of landscaping materials. Over the course of spring break she would; pull weeds, add more soil, plant flowers that she bought from the plant nursery, etc. So by the end of the week she was all done, the garden was ready for her summer BBQ’s or whatever she does. I wonder if she had any help? She’s a pretty tiny old Asian woman…maybe God have her a boost of energy. Oh and to put the finished touches on it, because it just wasn’t good enough, she went out and bout 10 garden gnomes, yes 10 garden gmones! She said they had female ones too(I didn’t know that…) She paired them up in couples and everything.(yes I know that’s redundant, hush up) So, at the end of her long life draining tale a student asked her why she put so much focus on something as simple as a garden. She said that she didn’t have any children and that nature is her one true love…I would think it’s anthropology, that’s what she teaches…But 5 minutes into her story I already had my iPod on jammin’ to

Natasha Bedingfield’s new album. Pocketful of Sunshine, the album is amazing! Click HERE, HERE, and HERE for her songs on Youtube and her official Youtube page.

American Idol

That tiny little girl on American Idol FINALLY got the boot! Ramiele Mulaby (someone correct me on the spelling of her name) She could sing but all her songs were mediocre. As I’ve said before, my money is on Syesha Mercado. Can someone please tell her to stop with this Whitney Houston phase…its nice and all but people compare them and we all know Whitney sings her song better and Syesha end up losing votes…so hopefully she’ll try something more original. Her voice is great so she should have no problem. David Archuleta, on the other hand, has been having some stage dad issues. I heard that when he was on Star Search a few years back, his dad was an asshole to him…and the same thing is happening behind the scene on American Idol. I like David, but like I’ve stated before he’s just too robot-like and the Mormon thing scares me, hahaha!

P.S.
Some Mexican guy was selling delectable looking strawberries in the quad of my school today. I bought a whole case for $5. When I got home I ate like half of them…hehehe at least I’m trying to be healthy!

Ok ya’ll I’m going to go grab some grub! PEACE OUT!

I need to calm down sometimes...

Hello World!

I just got off my cell phone embarrassed!

Less than 10 minutes ago I received a call from a local area code. I answered the call but the person hung up in my face... (I hate when people do that! Just say you got the wrong damn number...) Anyway, I called the person back.
No Answer.
I waited a few minutes and tried again. This time somebody answered the telephone. They said, "Hello?" I replied, "Why the fuck is you playin' on my goddamn phone!" The person (a woman) responded, "I'm sorry! I dialed the wrong number...and sir you need to (stern slow voice)CALM DOWN!" and then she hung up in my face...

Usually I would call the person back and continue to cuss them out even harder. This time was different though, this time I took a step back and said, "Self, what's wrong with you? Was it really that serious?" To which I answered, "No, it certainly was not." I let it go just that easy. And went and had me a bowl of beautiful nice ripe California grown Strawberries! lol.

People, sometimes you may think putting your anger on other makes you feel better. And it does, for a moment in time but sooner or later you are going to get that angry feeling again. You can't go around forever being angry and combative, especially over some trivial ass shit as a wrong phone number. As Beyonce sings in the Destiny's Child song "Happy Face" off of their 2001 multi-platinum album Survivor "..take a deep breath. Close your eyes feel the love and give a smile!"

Peace and Blessing!

Easter is coming, Easter is coming!!!

Hello World!

Today was another loverly day in the great city of San Francisco. Beautiful weather, people, and food.

I drove through Golden Gate Park and on my way through I wanted to stop and have a nice little stroll while Beyoncé serenades me on my iPod. But I had other obligations (DAMN!) One thing that bugged me where all of the cyclist weaving in and out of the road (I would hit them but they don’t fade away like in the video games unless you are some rich guy…) and tourist who drive slow and don’t know where the hell they’re going. It is a park though, so what else am I to expect? Oh and there was a hippie festival right now to some Down syndrome picnic or something. The smells of meat searing on the grills made my mouth water…Hamburgers, Steak, Ribs…YUM YUM & YUMMY!!!

My back hurts! I guess I shouldn’t have picked a fight with a group of power walkers as I went to pick up my morning newspaper…

NO Beyoncé updates for today…

American Idol (money grubbing corporate geniuses) well all I have to say it’s much worse than normal. What is up with all the Beatles songs!?! (I personally dislike the Beatles, they should be doing old Destiny’s Child songs! That would be really good!) And that David Archuleta, he may be “cute and cuddly” but he forgot his words last week and he’s a Mormon…(I was wondering why he reminded me of a fake ass Donny Osmond clone with a better voice) They have the same charm and the same stupid ass smile and glee to the point that it makes me what to slit my own throat! My money is on Syesha Mercado!!!!!!! Click HERE, HERE, and HERE to see what I’m talking about.

SYESHA MERCAOD FOR OUR NEXT AMERICAN IDOL!!!!!!!!!!!!

OK OK OK enough of my rants. It’s time for me to tidy up the house for Easter. My lord and savior Jesus of Nazareth is risin’ from the dead you know! OH! I also have to grocery shopping to do. I’m making a Cream Cheese Pound cake and going over my Aunt's house!!!!

Toddles :D

SPRING BREEEAK, YEAH!!!

Hello World!

I have to promise myself that I will put up a blog entry at least every other day because too much and I mean WAAYY TOO MUCH mayhem and foolishness happen to me everyday. I sincerely believe that I have a magnetic pulse in my soul that attracts crazy people! Does anybody else have this? I going to contact every shaman, witchdoctor, seer, soothsayer, and voodoo practitioner in this physical plane of existence to figure this shit out.

Here is an example of the random craziness in my life; Monday March 17, 2008 St. Patrick’s Day…well really nothing happened besides a bunch of drunken people milling around in the streets. Oh and I made cabbage! OK OK OK I have a better example.

Today was street cleaning day for my street. I wake up and take my mother to work at approximately 8:00am (Street cleaning isn’t until 12:00pm). I return home, park in front of my house - A FEW HOURS LATER – I come out to move the car, it is now about 11:13am, well what do you know; there is a short plump female meter maid or ticket specialist or parking officer or whatever the hell they call themselves now. Anyhow, he was in the midst of writing me a ticket. To make a long story short…I did not cuss him out like some of you may have guess or like I would have wanted too. Instead I put on my smooth masculine charm, and charmed the fat off of that ticket giving beast. I have to give thanks and praise to my lord and savior Jesus Christ for blessing me with such an understanding and helpful and easily charmed meter bitch (I thought meter maids were notorious for being jackass pricks who just had a kidney stone pass…) Ya Know?!?!

Besides that little mishap, nothing spectacular happened to me today. But something awful did transpire in my lovely city by the bay I like to call San Francisco. The Chinese embassy was bombed or had a fire or something really heinous done by some terrorist group. Read THIS article for more info.

RANDOMNESS LIST:

Full moon tonight, its so nice and big and shiny. Who ever thought it looked like cheese? Beware of them Werewolves. They do love the human meat and their favorite treats are; hearts, kidneys, and livers.

OMG! Lipstick Jungle ‘s season finale airs tonight at 10:00pm!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This was my replacement show for Heroes, Army Wives, and other shows that disappeared due to that nasty little writers strike. Lipstick Jungle is absolutely and amazing show. It has sex scandals, betrayal, deceit, plunder, and nepotism to name a few. But when this show goes off I will have nothing to watch? OH NO! I guess I’ll have to catch up on Gossip Girl, I hear it has to scandalousness I so desire in life.

BEYONCE NEWS ALERT!!!!!!!!!!!

The Bootylicious Beyonce has signed for YET ANOTHER film (mouth waters, heart pounds uncontrollably). It’s a thriller title Obsessed (sounds right out my alley, lol) The bodatious babe Beyonce will play the wife of a very successful businessman (Idris Elba ) who begins to be stalked by a temp (Heroes Ali Larter) CLICK HERE for more info

(If you do not click the “CLICK HERE” button, I will know. And I will be forced to devour your soul!!!!!!!)

What else, what else…Boy, it sure was windy today.

Alrighty my dears, until next blog :D

P.S.

Happy Spring!!!/Spring Equinox

Happy Persian New Year!!!

Oh mercy mercy me…

Hello World!

I have been MIA form the blogworld for a few weeks. But it’s all good (well mostly).

Easter is coming up! Jesus will come die and come back and I’ll get to a feast!(God is good all the time and all the time God is good!!!)

Beyonce has started working on her next film “Cadillac Records’ she’ll be playing Etta James. I CAN’T WAIT!!!!!!!!!!!

Check out the pictures!!

Beyonce looks like Etta James...wig and all. This movie has Oscar potential written all over it!

Tuskegee University in Tuskegee, Alabama has been hit with a bomb threat. I a very close loved one who goes there…classes have been cancelled for the next five days. I heard though the grapevine that a young man was kick out of the institute for having guns in his room. Another rumor has it that someone threatened to blow the school up because their spring break was too early but that sounds a little less likely.

I went and visited my old high school today (old high school? It’s not like I have a new one…) I was THRILLED to see al of my out teachers and grownup students. And of course they were ELATED to see me. I miss them lots but time goes on…

I’m watching The Real Housewives of Orange Country on Bravo and they New York socialite hussy are funny. The cat fights, uber prude ness, and excessive spending sprees are just delightful to watch.

Don’t freight my darlings. Another blog is forthcoming soon. No more 2 week hiatuses for me : D

The Parking Lot Never Lacks of Entertainment

As I was walking back to my car after class. I noticed this tall bald black man with sagging jeans approaching each and every person who walked by asking if they could give him a jump for his car.

Most people ignored him, some simply said no. He didn’t ask me because as soon as he got close I shot him a “back the fuck up off me” look (I can be a bit cranky when I’m ravenous for nourishment…anyway the guy finally found a punk rocker chick with pink and blue hair to give him a jump. She drove her car real snug to his. The start the “jumping”(what’s the correct term?) process with no hesitation. She goes on to explain to him how this is the second time today she has giving someone a jump (This can’t be good for her engine).

WOW! It’s good to know caring and helpful people still exist. Lord knows I ain’t one of em’…LOL! Unless Beyonce is stranded on Antarctica…I’d sacrifice half of Europe and sell my soul…but I digress…

What A Loverly Day

Hello World!

I just had to blog about the weather we had in San Francisco, CA! Are you having strange weather in your neck of the woods? I sure am…last week we had a storm (wind, rain, semi-floods, the works) But now its all sunshine, lolly-pops, and rainbows!!!!

Besides that school is…well school. Midterms are coming up so I’m expecting all hell to break loose. But only for like one or too classes…the other tow are pretty easy.

My family tree project is going slow. I’ve e-mailed family members with questions but only 2 out of the like 20 or so I e-mailed actually replied…so far. Thank God I wasn’t expecting to finish this soon. I probably won’t be complete until Christmas 2010!!!

OK gentle readers I’m off to do some studying and maybe take a little jaunt thru the park since its such a nice day.

Can't Nobody Say Nothing Bad About Mrs. Michelle Obama!

I found a ver interesting blog post about Michelle Obama (Hopefully out next First Lady). It reads as follows:

“People in this country are ready for change and hungry for a different kind of politics and … for the first time in my adult life I am proud of my country because it feels like hope is finally making a comeback.” -Michelle Obama

run to her side like a concerned mother running to a panicky injured toddler. I come to her defense like Johnny Cochran for OJ.

“Don’t nobody say nothin' bad 'bout my Mrs. Michelle! She aint never done notin' bad ta nobody...not nobody!"

What a shame! A travesty this is. I love Mrs. Obama to a fault. Blame it on her classic, Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis- era style, or the way she so practically presents an argument with humor, or the man she stands beside. I want to believe in her and have thus, made her, alone, the great black hope.

Forgive me world. I'm human.

But people want a reason to discount Barack Obama. Please don't make Mrs. Michelle the scapegoat. Her comment was a slight in fracture. A faux pas if you will. Let's try covering our eyes, as we have done so often for 'dem good ole boys of our past (or shall I say of our present).

Agreed?

Beyonceitis is so Contagious !!!!!!!!!!

Hello World!

This week has been just plain Jane. Nothing exceptionally exciting , just “normal” I guess. The only exciting part of the week was when a friend of mine gave me a link for a Beyonce fan blog Beyonceitis. On this blog, the writer pokes fun at Beyoncé, her family, and others who may dislike Beyoncé. She does it in a rude yet hilarious way, you must at least have common knowledge of Beyoncé and her career thus far (i.e. her clothing line [House of Dereon], her endorsement, her family, her haters, what she wears to various performances/award shows, etc).

The brilliant beautiful black woman who writes this (of course it’s a black woman, who else could capture my attention by drawing me in with such intelligence and knowledge about my girl Bey!!!!) uses an exquisitely over the top ghetto vernacular which is one of the funniest things about Beyonceitis. Obviously I really love this blog and will be hooked until the end of time.

May the good Lord Jesus anoint Beyoncé’s wig and Freakum dress giving her the strenff to kill, yet another, performance booked by her father and manager Matthew Knowles years in advance. AMEN!

Ignorance Never Dies

A friend of mine recently showed me this little (well its really long) excerpt from someone she went to high school with. Please read it and share your thoughts.

Insolent moron:
“im gonna start this by telling you that Black, African American, Colored, Nigger, what ever you yourself call them they piss me off sometimes. this is not coming from a single incident i just have thought this for a while and it is black history month.... let me say that again Black History Month! are you serious what did they do so great to get their own history month.... we dont have an american indian month we dont have a white history month, come on man! all you see on black history month is a bunch of programs on black history thats great i guess because it is our history and people need to know history but why have a month why cant we just have it along with the other stuff on the history channel i love the history channel but dont wanna have black history for a whole month sure they play "white history " what is white history? world war 1? ummm no im pretty sure there were black people in that world war 2... nope they were there too. the cival war! HAHAHAHA yeah ok, black people think they are the reason for the cival war so you got me there.no its not white history or black history it is just HISTORY it happened it did not just effect black or whites it effects everyone you think the only people the american cival war effected was america hell no.im not saying that it didnt because obviously we were most effected, im saying that it had an effect on all of the countries Africa probly next to america because all of you people who think all slaves were forced on a boat go do some research, yes there were slaves who were forced to come over but there we also some who came willingly. AND there were some who were SLAVES in africa and were sold to the white men from their BLACK slave owners. but you never hear about the latter two because they want to make a big deal about it yes it was bad im not taking it away from you i dont agree with it dont get me wrong and im sorry to those of you whose ancstors ACTUALLY were part of it but how about the whole race quit taking credit for something that only happened to a percentage.I actually heard a black man saying that there has never been a president apologize for slavery! Are you kidding me thats like saying to some one well your great great grandad hit my great great grandad i want you to apologize, i would laugh in that kids face then probably hit him for saying something so dumb. there were free black in prebellum times you know (thats before the war) so quit asking for restitutuion how does that have anything to do with you? unless you can trace it back directly then dont talk to me about it. i have no sympathy for you . you are NOT the only race to have ever been persecuted in this world, heck in this country.... nowadays as we speak any single person from the middle east gets beat up or made fun of or driven from their towns just because a select group harmed our nation not all middle eastern people are terrorist.but let me get back to my point black people you were not the only people that were slaves... do you even know the definition of slave? well i do:Slavery is a social-economic system under which certain persons — known as slaves — are deprived of personal freedom and compelled to perform labour or services. Huh, well then lets really get started im gonna give some examples, slavery can be traced back to 1800...B.C. romans and greeks had women as slaves, prisoners from war were captured and became slaves.in the Bible in the book of Genesis Joseph was sold int slavery by his brothers who were jealous of him.jews have been slaves more than they can count, In biblical times moses led the isrealites (jews) out of egypt because the egyptions were using them as slaves, during Nazi Germany the jews we being held in concentration camps... come on world give them a break... now time for a new race. indians they were here first nd what did we do to them we plagued them we killed them.. but only after they fed us give us shelted taught us how to farm and grow corn. we took their land we made them move across the country ever heard of the trail of tears person? its not just a story its true it happened.... now on to my point of this whole big thing ... here is a question for you black person. What makes you so different from me?why do i ask because i hear on tv if barock oboma is elected he will be the first black person president .. so why does it matter? a black man wins nobel prize and he is the first... so why does it matter... you never hear oh he was the first white man to score a basket in basket ball( i know bad example it was invented by a white man) SO WHAT!!! i dont care if you are the first to win you are a person y does it have to be black in front so for now on this is gonna be adressed to person. person this country can never move forward if we keep thinking like this the only reason there are racist is because it give you an excuse. you make us racist even if we are not an example that happened to me. i asked this girl she was black why she was wearing camo i was in fl at the fair and there were alot of black people wearing hunting camo so i said " why do all the black people wear camo ear i am from alabama and have never seen that its pretty odd... " and she said to me i quote" oh no what did you say to me are you racist i cant believe he called me black! what am i supposed to say to your race? i refuse to call a black person born in the usa an African American. you are american . what because your ancestors might have come from africa your an african american there are countries that have blacks besides africa. we dont call chinese people chinese american or people with ancestors from canada canadian americans... why do you have to be different i will call you a Nigger before i call you a african american because i feel it is more offensive because thats not you nation be patriotic person just be american. now i just want to clear this i am not an avid user of the word Nigger , but i am not scared to say it because it has to be said sometimes to make a statement. i do not go around calling every person i meant black or white a nigger so there. so again what makes you so different? take slavery off the board take the cival rights movement away what is different about us you take a white man and a black man raise them in the counrty away from anyone never introduce them to our culture and what is gonna be different in them .. their color and thats all, racism is a choice a choice by you and a choice by your parents when they raise you. i was not raised by racist parents and am glad, it give me the chance to see people for who they are not their skin. my children will be raised to respect everyone the same. there will be no difference in black white red blue purple green... well glue green and purple maybe cause thats just wierd.. but seriously we can stop this if only you try so quit thinking that everytime a white person says black they are racist and person quit thinking that every time you see a black man he wants to steal you are only fueling the fire.... thank you Dustin”

These are some extra comments she found from facebook.com: Insolent moron continued:

just a quick clarification about the jewish people. A lot of the times the jews were not kept as slaves, just tortured and killed. We however just want to say, thanks for taking it all in stride as we continue to take over the world through the media and the financial side of government.

My 2 cents: I really wonder why people waste their time sound so utterly unintelligent. They're trying make it look like they're making a big valid point, when in reality, they just sound ignorant, puerile, insane, and so out of the blue its not even funny, not to mention they HORRID grammar (I know I’m not perfect either…)

With all the hateful bullshit they spewing you’d think he was Hitler’s grandchild or something. I know there's ocean full of people who still have an ass backwards view on life, but it's still really sad how we as Americans have no progressed one bit…shit is just more “hush-hush” I guess or they are much more passive about hatred.

Genealogy is cool!!!

Hello World!!!

SO SORRY ABOUT MY ABSENTEENESS…Well I’m sure some of you are wondering what the hell I’ve been up too…Well I’ve been living my life like it’s golden! My laptop is back and in perfectly good working condition, besides that it just been all rainy and boring.

OH! This weekend I was watching Oprah: Tracing my lineage (or whatever the show was call with Oprah in the title) and Dr. Henry Louis Gates, Jr. was helping her decode her pass. He was able to trace her genealogy about 6-8 generations back. Well about midway though the program curiosity got the best of me and I start o search Google.com for ways to trace my genealogy. A couple of Google searches lead me to Ancestry.com. I signed up for the 14 day free trial membership and started the search. Boy was I shocked at what I found, so far, I’ve found family records (WWI Registration Cards, Land Ownership Certificates, Death Certificates, etc.) I worked on this all week and am still working on it!!!!!!!!!! I even called my great aunt (89 years old) who told me that, “we have European blood in our veins baby…” (She literally said it like that) Portuguese and Spanish to be exact. She couldn’t remember the names or the place they hair from or even where went when they got to the U.S.(old people…) She only knew that he was (supposedly) a Moorish nobleman in Spain and when the Moors were driven out of Spin he fled to Portugal for a few years then came to America (don’t know why he fled…hopefully for something juicy like murder or a sex scandal) she didn’t even know what year (she could have made all this up to keep me on the phone) anyhow he came to America and fast forward 400 years or so here I am trying to straighten all this shit out.

So once I get all my family matters in order I will have (hopefully) traced my bloodline back to like the 1500s. HOW COOL IS THAT!?!?! I have already found records on my great-great-grandmother who was born in 1850 so I’m well n my way. You should try and search your family on Ancestry.com.

Hello World!

Again, this was meant to be posted last week but sue to little to no access to a computer and whatnot…so here is my last overdue blog.

Ok, after just reading what I wrote it doesn’t make any sense to post it cuz…well I don’t have to give a reason. I’ll just post the little Celebrity Scoop new I had.

Celebrity Scoop
Aretha Franklin trashes Beyonce for calling Tina Turner “the Queen”…now does Aretha have such a fragile ego that she has to trash other young and successful stars? I think she’s blowing this way waay waayy waaayyy out of proportion… Matthew Knowles (Beyonce’s father and manager) put out a statement:

“Beyonce referred to Tina as a `queen’. Not queen of gospel, queen of soul, queen of blues, Queen of England. “I consider my wife a queen and sometimes call her that. Does Aretha have a problem with that?”

There is this person in my class that looks somewhat like an woman (a ugly woman with stringy hair and huge bifocals) who sounds/talks like a man. Is it a transvestite? Who knows, I live in San Francisco, much weirder things have happened before.

S.E.X. it's no secret anymore...

Hello World!

I wrote this last week but couldn’t post it until I got my laptop back…blah blah blah…here it is.

I swear San Francisco must be horniest city in the world. As is sat in the parking lot this morning, I noticed a car way off at the end of the lot. I had a flash back to the lat time this happened…but curiosity still got the best me. I drove over and parked about 3 spaces away. They didn’t even notice me and it just so happened that another car pulled up next to me and asked, “Hey! Do you think they are having sex in there?”. I responded, “I don’t know…but it’s happened before”. So, these guys hop out their car and go look inside this other car with the fogged up windows that’s near no other cars. They come back and tell me, “Yo dude, they are fuckin’. When we looked in the girl was on top of her man and he looked at us a motioned for us to leave…”

I guess my point is, why do people choose to get down with the get down in a college parking lot at 9:30 in the morning? Are they homeless? Super horny? Mentally instable? Probably a little of both.

Sorry about the delay in blog posts

Hello World!

Sorry about the delay but I’m back now. I finally got my computer back from HP YAY! I thought they took forever but it only took like a week.

As I sit in my car in the parking lot finishing up some homework, I can hear Tupac blasting away like 5 cars down form me. It was 12noon and lots of people we just hanging out in/hear their cars(is that weird to anyone else?) but I had work to finish! Who cares if it was a nice day, not a cloud in the sky and no rain expected for a week…Umm..then a half naked man rode by on a unicycle and I knew that I should just leave, leave and never return. During class the teacher said that the homework wasn’t gonna be due until next week, which really pissed me off cuz I just spent 20 minutes in a flutter trying to complete it….oh well…everything is for a reason right???

CELEBRITY SCOOP

Did ya’ll hear about the Rihanna and Jay-Z spat? Apparently, that is according to (Media TakeOut.com), they had an argument at a Grammys after-party. When Rihanna won whatever award she immediately ran up to Jay-Z and hugged him (in front of Beyonce!) She didn’t hug her parents, manager, or publicist, but Jay-Z. Now if that isn’t some messyness mixed with sluttyness I don’t know what is…but then again this is just a rumor…so what do you think?

Beyonce and Tina Turner Give Magnificent Performance at 2008 Grammy Awards!!!

Well, the Grammys came and went real fast. But while it lasted, music royalty came out all glisted and glamoured from head to toe. From Rap to Rock, Metal to Country, and Classical to Pop the starts shined their way down the red carpet. And of course E! was there to capture it all. I watched the E! live on the red carpet special super doper 50th anniversary extravaganza with Ryan Seacrest (lol, they always have long and grand names) and some other chick. All the ladies looked so stylish (especially Beyonce). They guys wore the same old Armani suits but The Foo fighters looked terrible in there torn shirts and jeans…oh and Soulja Boy looked a hot mess in his ghetto gear.

2 repetitive hours of the same dumbass questions later…

The red carpet wrapped up and everyone geared up for the GRAMMYS!!!!!!!! Alicia Keys gave a very lackluster opening speech…blah blah blah...Carrie Underwood did a great job with her hit song “Before He Cheats” and Rihanna and some old ass band did a very colorful duet/ medley thing…blah blah blah…more tribute stuff and old washed up starts presenting…Kanye West did a soul-stirring tribute to his mother the late Donda West. After, he won an award for…something, I forget…and gave a long(long because the Grammy people played the “hurry up and finish” music on him) but I don’t remember what it was about because I was playing on the computer…Alas, we go to a commercial break and return with Cher in some exotic and expensive looking get up. She does a nice little introduction for Tina Turner and Beyonce.

LADIES & GENTLEMEN THE MOMENT I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR FOR WEEKS

Beyonce starts off sitting in a chair, the beat of “Déjà vu” thumping away in the background, she says, “Sarah Vaughn, Aretha Franklin, Chaka Khan. She goes on to do an interpretive dance of sorts as she describe how so many African-American women have paved the way for her to thrive in the music business. Here’s exactly what she said:
"Historical women who have performed on this very stage. When I was a little girl, I dreamed of being on this stage. But I knew I need all the right elements.
Like the beat of Donna Summers.
The spirit of Mahalia Jackson.
The jazz of Ella [Fitzgerald] or Nancy [Wilson].
(band, gimme some! ("jazzy" bit of "Deja Vu" plays)
Lena Horne, Anita Baker, Diana Ross. Gladys [Knight], Janet [Jackson], and the beautiful melodies of Whitney [Houston].
The legacy they have bestowed are simply irreplaceable (to the left, to theft) {she really did say that} But there is one legend who has the essence of all these things; the glamor, the soul, the passion, the strength, the talent!
Ladies and Gentlemen stand on your feet and give it up for the QUEEN!!!"

Tina comes down the stairs as the music to “What’s Love Got to do With It” plays. She gets to the mic and smiles as if to say (Yes, thank you. I am great aren’t I…FUCK YOU IKE!!!) lol she then goes on to sing a song that I don’t know. After those two song s, she tells the audience that she would like to, “bring out the lovely Beyonce”. Beyonce sashays down the stairs in a very va va va voom sparkly dress. They do some of the classic sexy Tina Turner talk as they get ready to sing, “Proud Mary”. Beyonce and Tina let their hips rock from side-to-side as one arms sways to the rhythm and the other stays on their hip.

They each take turns singing a line from the song and then break out into the classic up tempo dance break. Beyonce and Tina looked flawless as they, “popped, locked, and dropped it”. They were, “rollin’ on the river” until the last second. At the end Tina gives a kick and Beyonce plays an air guitar. Next, they walk off stage holding each other’s shoulders and laughing.

WOW! Yet another unforgettable and spellbinding performance, this definitely is one for the history books!

The Grammys continue on but I start flipping channels and eating more than my fair share of cookies.

The Grammys and my broken HP Laptop

Hello World!

So how is everybody doing out there in blogland? I’m listening to The Beyonce Experience Live Audio on my iHome. And just thought I’d remind every one that Beyonce will be performing with Tuna turner tomorrow at the 2008 50th anniversary Grammy Awards!
Tune in to the 2008 Grammy Awards to see Beyonce perform with a very special surprise guest!!
Watch it this Sunday, February 10, 2008 at 8:00pmEST on CBS.

Also I just wanted to say SHIT! My laptop no longer has the wireless connection in the “My Network Places” folder. So I had to get on the phone with HP and go through all the rigmarole…I finally got a hold of someone named Philip with a very think Indian accent. I was a little perturbed so I asked him where he was. He told me India and I said well what’s your real name…because I know ain’t nobody named Philip in India.

3 hours later

After trying several attempts to reboot, reinstall, etc. He said he could send me a box to send it in to the warranty fixer-upper folks (can’t remember the real name). I said my laptop is out of warranty, he told me he’d take care of that since I was so patient with him.

So that it really…I haven’t really been doing much. And since The Beyonce Experience Live Audio is almost over (She’s singing the finale, Irreplaceable) I’m gonna go shower and go out and have fun in the sun!

School Pulls Spiked Hot Chocolate Recipe Iowa Junior High School Pulls Student Newspaper Over Recipe That Calls For Schnapps

Officials at a junior high school spiked an edition of the student newspaper because it contained a recipe for hot chocolate that included peppermint schnapps. The January edition of Stillwell Junior High School's quarterly Tiger Tracks was pulled off the racks when the boozy recipe was discovered, Principal Tim Miller said. A student at the West Des Moines school submitted the recipe, which slipped through the editing process, Miller said. Miller described the mistake as an honest one, saying the student who submitted the recipe thought schnapps was a type of candy.

Now, I know and hopefully anyone who reads this knows that that student knows what peppermint schnapps is. And him telling the Principal that he thought it was candy is a just a lie(a bad lie)but a lie nontheless. And what Junior high School has recipies in there newspaper? Not that that's bad cuz I love to cook and wish my junior high school did that....I wonder how many kids asked thier parents if they could try it? and the parent was all shocked and appalled LOL! I wonder if they'd pull a recipe for bourbon chicken? The alcohol does brun off...right?

BEYONCE COACHES KELLY ROWLAND ON SINGING

According to 2Snaps, Kelly Rowland supposedly needs help from Beyonce Knowles on how to hit a high note. The former Destiny's Child member was recording a new hit song in NY recently with Gym Class Heroes singer Travis McCoy, but struggled to hit one high note in the tune reports Page Six. Who you gonna call? Ghostbusters! So she called up her "best friend" Beyoncé, who miraculously showed up within the hour with no less than six armed (!) bodyguards with her. Beyonce gave Kelly singing tips and coached her on the song until she got it.

Wel, I hope the song turns out good. I didn;t know Kelly had trouble hitting high notes...she the one that hits the high notes in Destin'y Child songs when Beyonce or Michelle can't (at least I think so).
GOOD LUCK LADIES!

TINA TURNER AND BEYONCE'S DUET CONFIRMED

As had been previously rumored, when Beyoncé takes the stage at the Grammy Awards on Sunday night, she'll be joined by none other than reclusive rock legend Tina Turner, the Recording Academy has announced. Other additions to the show's lineup included Kid Rock, who will perform, as well as presenters Akon, Nelly Furtado, Prince, Jason Bateman, Tony Bennett, Cher, Tom Hanks, Quincy Jones, Joe Mantegna, Ringo Starr, Dave Stewart and Stevie Wonder.

Well the Grammy's should be very good this year. I hope they sing a Tina Turner song than it blends with a Beyonce song...that would just be grand! And as for the other performers (Kid Rock, Cher, Akon) not really looking forward to seing them struggle on stage.

Turtle Swims From Indonesia To Oregon Leatherback Turtle Tracked Swimming From Indonesia To Oregon, Researchers Say

(AP) A leatherback turtle has been tracked swimming from the coast of the Papua province in Indonesia to Oregon, researchers said, in what may be the longest trip for marine vertebrae between breeding and feeding sites.
"This is an animal perfectly suited for doing this kind of journey," said Scott Benson, research fishery biologist for the U.S. National Marine Fisheries Service, who helped track the turtle and presented details of the journey at a sea turtle symposium last month.
The longest distance of nine turtles tagged in 2003, Benson said, was the leatherback that reached Oregon and then headed to Hawaii before the battery on the satellite transmitter gave out. The 12,774-mile journey took 647 days, he said.

There are sea turtle symposiums? Why couldn't they say seminar or conference? I guess they're trying to sound smart...why am I writing about this you ask, well, because I'm bored and I missed Smallville so I'm stuck surffing the internet while watching this new show called Lipstick Jungle (which isn't as bad as you would think). So...yay the turtle didn't die....

Tardiness is Indeed a Disease Affecting the Community

This also happened yesterday...FYI

In my Intro to Sociology class people arrive EXTREMELY late! the class is from 6:30PM – 9:30PM-class really starts around 6:45pm and ends around 9:15pm- so you’d figure that people wouldn’t arrive to class no later than…7:15pm. Possibly 7:30pm at the latest if there was a personal Emergency. Anywho, class is going just fine; semi-boring lecture, secretly TXTing friends, etc. Low and behold someone comes in, loudly no doubt, at like 7:37pm. He runs and grabs a seat in the back. No biggie, right, so class goes on…but at 8:45pm some jackass strolls in all loud and shit and sits his happy behind smack dab in the front. I just don’t know how you can come in so goddamn late! If you’re gonna come 30 minutes before class is over just don’t come. Period Point Blank! In fact drop the class altogether.

Ok, that’s enough mf me ranting and raving for the day…YAY! Modern Marvels is on the History Channel. Until next time gentle readers : D

No Sex in the Champagne Room! (Parking Lot)

(I wrote this yesterday but didn’t get around to posting...better late than never)

Hello World!!!

Well, well, well my day was as eventful as ever. I got up this morning and did my regular thing –shower, breakfast, drive to school, etc.- when I was looking for a parking space this morning and found one all the at the far end of lot. I was in a rush and therefore pissed I had to park so far. Anyway, right before I got out of the car I noticed the car next to me (black Honda civic) was rocking a bit. The windows were all fogged up, I was like, “it ain’t raining...” you know how car windows fog up in the rain. Well, it turned out to be 2 Mexicans doing the nasty (at like 9:45am on a Wednesday in a college parking lot...Ha-ha...) OK OK OK, so they finished up (EWW) and got out of the car and the guy looks at me like I’m crazy and the girl was copulating with has this big ass grind plastered al over her face. I thought to myself, "who in their right mind makes a booty call before first period?!?!?!" I didn’t have to time to cuss them out for being reckless and nasty in public nor did I have to time conceal the look of terror and confusion on my face. Already being 30 minutes late for class (another story that will never be told) I haul my ass up a hill and through the quad.

I knew getting material for this blog would not be a difficult feat; my life is a perpetual shit show! LOL!

I was listening to Chris Brown’s “With You” and quickly realized that he stole the melody from my girl Beyonce’s “Irreplaceable” (To the left, to the left…lol). Who gave him that right??????????????????? Well maybe the melodies just sound similar…

“Black history is no mystery if you study it every day” Josie Teal

A better blog is coming soon think of this one as filler!

Hello World!!!

If I could figure out how to get my TV to stop blacking out and flickering I think that would be much better. I'm trying to picture what they are talking about, it's hard when you can't actually see.

By the by, I'm watching Angel (the vampire from Buffy the Vampire Slayer) I really miss it.

There is a small chinese woman rummaging through the garbage cans on the side of my house. Quite starnge really. Beyond nuts actually.

So, off to do laundry, clean, and then something even less fun...the gym maybe(more like Starbucks! LOL).

Gong Xi Fa Cai! (Gung Hay Fat Choy!) Happy New Year!!!!

American Idol oh how you have gone way passed bad and straight to HORRIBLE!!!

Hello World!

I just finished watching American Idol and all I have to say is, OH FUCK NO!!!! Do people really go on that show thinking they are Kelly Clarkson or Fantasia Barrino? I swear they are paid to jump round and scream and then cry when they are rejected...MY GOD! And what really takes the cake is how they are playing up everyone's sob story(granted some of them are very tragic) I don't care! I wanna hear some good singing and laugh at the bad ones....the only sob story that kinda touched me was this one girl named A'Disa? or something, anyway, she was from a small town and all that jazz. She sang whatever song she sang, but did it well...unlike Temptress Brown who, also, had a tragic sob story. She sang "And I Am Telling You" form the Musical Dreamgirls (Beyonce...dats my girl!!!) which is a really hard song to sing even for the professionals. So, I just had to write a little something cuz American Idol has become just terrible... when do good shows like Heroes, Army Wives, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, hell even Ally McBeal...any of those show would be better than stupid ass American Idol.

Now I'm watching House which I've just recently gotten into....Dr. House is hilarious!

Super Tuesday!!!

Hello World!

Today I had a test in my Anthropolgy class (which I was not prepared for), but due to my [fading] knowledge of Latin/Greek root words and just being smart in general, I managed to finagle my way thruough. Hopefully I did well XD

Last night I was watching P.Diddy's Making the Band 4 and let me just say; that was the funniest most ignorant mess I have ever witnessed. First off Danity Kane seems to be way more skilled...well at least they have honed their skills a whole lot more than "the band" which doesn't even have a name yet. Anyway, what was funniest was when Diddy asks Danity Kane leave the room to speak with his boy band. They we discussing some pointless shit when Diddy asks bandmate Robert if he has, "Bitchassness " in him? He gets all scared and profusely denies his bitchassness....Diddy may be talentless and gay but he sho is funny!!!

Quick Sidebar: Why did my teacher lecture us about voting and how women struggled to get the right to vote and all this liberal bullshit about voting, well THANK GOD she cut the test in half so we could leave early and vote? Which is probably why the test was easy...What is the world coming to?

VOTE BARACK OBAMA!!!!!!

P.S.
As I was witing this blog entry I was listenig to this stupid yet hilarious Buffy the Vampire Slayer podcast; Cool Refreshing Zima (check them out http://coolrefreshingzima.blogspot.com/) They're funny and cool :P

P.P.S.
This blogging shit is exceedingly titillating!

When You Look at my Life, Do you Se What I See?

Hello World!

After much discussion and procrastination I have finally decided to staart my blog. (YAY!) So, from time to time I will share random little short stories/ journal entries about my life...Ummm well that's all for now.
